- Develop and implement solutions to streamline remuneration reporting processes.
- Evaluate controls to ensure accurate data management.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
">- Knowledge and experience of the annual remuneration process and financial services regulatory landscape.
- Extensive experience in drafting board papers and report writing.
- Familiarity with end-of-year performance and reward processes.
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization and change management.
- Strong experience in developing financial models.
