Join Our Team as a Governance and Executive Reward Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a key role that involves managing the delivery of Board and Executive papers and projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely engagement of key senior stakeholders, planning and coordination, and prioritisation.

  1. Manage the planning and timelines for delivery of Board and Executive papers (WBC Board and Committees, Remuneration Oversight Committee, WNZL BPRC, ET and HRET).
  2. Liaise with key stakeholders across the RPA team, Company Secretariat and executive offices.
  3. Manage the flow of information between RPA team and GE HR office.
  4. Work independently or in collaboration with the RPA team in the preparation of materials and other reporting as required.
  5. Manage RPA team planning and managing the contribution to the Human Resources QBR process.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in HR, governance, legal or comparable roles, with a strong track record of managing projects and key deliverables. They will also possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships confidently across all levels of the organisation.
