Product Integrity Specialist
The role of Product Integrity Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the excellence of our products aligns with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans to guarantee product quality meets client needs.
- Collaborate with the management team to prevent, detect, and resolve complex product-related issues.
- Work closely with IT resources to deliver cost-effective solutions that meet client requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, members, and stakeholders.
- Monitor Off-System Calculations policy and provide oversight on calculators.
- Run early detection reports and verify variances, including raising IT and GRC incidents.
- Write and execute SQL queries to extract data and complete calculations/analysis.
- Develop and maintain reporting and calculation tools using VBA.
- Manage strategic quality projects on behalf of Investments and Product Integrity.
- Participate in problem-solving and collaboration, promoting healthy group dynamics.
- Ensure adherence to Risk standards and Product Integrity assurance.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of VBA/SQL/Excel programming languages.
- Experience in IT and/or Finance industries.
- Proven track record of improving performance via innovative technical solutions.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Financial Services sector.
- Superior customer service and organisational skills.
- Effective business written and verbal communication skills.
- ASFA qualification or equivalent highly regarded.
