Product Quality Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product development, quality control, and manufacturing processes. This role requires hands-on experience with FMCG products, road safety equipment, and construction industry knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain robust quality control processes across the industrial goods range.
- Collaborate with suppliers, production teams, and internal stakeholders to develop new products and enhancements.
- Create clear and user-friendly installation guides, care instructions, and technical documentation.
- Support procurement efforts by evaluating samples and assessing suppliers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG product development, manufacturing, and quality control.
- Familiarity with ISO systems, AU/NZ Standards, and quality compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, solutions-focused approach, and excellent communication skills.
- Able to work autonomously and effectively collaborate across teams.
