Senior Organisational Change Manager

HUB24 Limited, a leading provider of integrated platform, technology, and data solutions, is seeking a seasoned Senior Organisational Change Manager to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of its Organisational Change Management Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Change Framework: Design and implement a tailored Organisational Change Management Framework that aligns with HUB24's unique needs and goals.
  2. Uplift Change Capability: Drive the development of organisational change capabilities, ensuring alignment with best practice change methodologies and tools.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Executive Sponsors, Business Owners, and Project Managers, to create robust change management strategies and plans for projects.
  4. Change Impact Assessments: Prepare detailed assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies to manage resistance.
  5. Communication Plans: Partner with the Group's Internal and External Communication Managers to ensure effective stakeholder communication that fosters understanding and buy-in.
  6. Measure Effectiveness: Develop and manage end-to-end change management plans, reporting on success metrics such as stakeholder satisfaction, adoption rates, and the quality of change activities.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  2. Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci). A Project Management certification is a plus.
  3. 7+ years of experience in delivering complex change management projects, particularly within the wealth management, superannuation, or investment product industries.
  4. Proven experience in building and implementing organisational change management frameworks.
  5. Strong leadership skills, with a focus on influencing and mentoring cross-functional and virtual teams.
  6. Demonstrated experience in executive stakeholder management, influencing decisions to achieve project outcomes.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at handling shifting priorities and managing competing deadlines.
  8. A deep understanding of change management methodologies and the ability to continuously improve practices.
  9. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
