Organisational Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to join our award-winning Enterprise Delivery Change Management team. As a Change Manager, you will create and execute change management plans to support our stakeholders through ongoing change.
This role will focus on supporting a Data program that will result in technical and behavioural change, as well as the implementation of new capabilities, systems, and processes to accurately review and remediate data across multiple systems across the organisation.
You will have experience supporting projects being delivered in a continuous delivery model (Agile) and will utilise existing Organisational Change Management frameworks and tools to devise and execute 'fit-for-purpose' change, learning and communications plans.
Key responsibilities include designing, managing and executing change activities across multiple initiatives, streams, or squads, ensuring learning is designed and delivered appropriately for capability gaps that are identified, and providing communications to key stakeholders to drive a clear narrative across all aspects of delivery.
About You:
- 5+ years project and people engagement related change management experience – Mandatory; experience with Agile
- A demonstrated ability to deliver Change, Communications and Learning activities for large-scale transformation or technology projects (including data transformation) is highly desirable.
- Experience in understanding how changes impact an end to end system of work or value chain is also highly desirable.
