We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team on a 12 month contract.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and has excellent project coordination skills.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging brand experiences, both in-person and online.
This includes assisting with event logistics, managing RSVPs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
The successful candidate will have experience in events coordination, brand activations, or experiential marketing, as well as strong communication skills.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging brand experiences
- Assist with event logistics including venues, catering, staffing, merchandise, and run sheets
- Manage RSVPs and guest information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Experience in events coordination, brand activations, or experiential marketing
- Strong project coordination and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This role offers a competitive salary package of $70,000 - $75,000 + Super + Benefits.
