We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic individual to assist in delivering exceptional experiences through our brand.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing engaging in-person and digital brand experiences
  • Support the execution of brand activations, community campaigns, and partnerships
  • Coordinate event logistics including venues, catering, staffing, merchandise, and run sheets
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Manage RSVPs and guest information to provide a premium event experience
  • Stay across experiential trends and competitor activity to keep us at the forefront of community engagement
Requirements:
  • Experience in events coordination, brand activations, or experiential marketing
  • Strong project coordination and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset – grab the initiative with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work weekends or outside standard hours during key events or activations
