Experiential Event Specialist

We are seeking a detail-focused and organized Experiential Event Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging brand experiences that captivate our community through in-person and digital events.
  • Support the execution of brand activations, community campaigns, and sports partnerships to drive business results.
  • Coordinate event logistics including venues, catering, staffing, merchandise, and run sheets for seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to guarantee successful event outcomes.
  • Manage RSVPs and guest information to provide a premium event experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with experiential trends and competitor activity to maintain our position at the forefront of community engagement.
Requirements:
  • Experience in events coordination, brand activations, or experiential marketing.
  • Strong project coordination and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or outside standard hours during key events or activations.
