Australian Menswear Designer Store Manager Opportunity
The Brand
Our client is a renowned Men's fashion brand founded in Australia, considered a pioneer in men's designer fashion. We are seeking a Store Manager to lead the team at their David Jones Bondi Concession.
The Role
Reporting to the Store Business Manager, you will lead the team to achieve sales targets, manage store operations, and provide exceptional customer service. You will work to achieve your KPIs as a store and individual, taking ownership of results, building the client base, and managing all store activities.
The Skillset
You have a sense of confidence and style, with the ability to lead your team to success. You set clear expectations and are passionate about your own growth as well as your team's. Key requirements include:
- Previous sales experience in a similar fashion retailer
- A thorough understanding of all KPIs and in-store financials
- Professional and results-focused leadership style
- The ability to problem-solve, look for areas of opportunity, and drive the business as your own
- Up-to-date knowledge on market trends, particularly in menswear
- Adaptable to change
