About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at ARC'TERYX GALERIES BRAND STORE. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain a high level of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Leadership and Team Development: Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales goals, improve guest satisfaction, and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Guest Experience and Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
    • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve conversion rates, and increase average transaction value.
    • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
    • Store Performance and Reporting: Analyze sales data, guest feedback, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Store Manager, Regional Manager, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive results.

Requirements:

    • Leadership Experience: 2-3 years of leadership experience in a retail or sales environment.
    • Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales goals and improve guest satisfaction.
    • Guest Service: Excellent guest service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building strong relationships with customers.
    • Operational Excellence: Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
    • Sales and Revenue Growth: Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve revenue.
    • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
