HR Senior Partner Job Overview

As an HR Senior Partner, you will play a key role in providing strategic guidance and support to our organization's leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR advisory and case management, with experience working in complex environments.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach for senior leaders, providing expert guidance on people management and employee relations.
  • Manage high-risk and sensitive cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives, focusing on talent management, diversity, and organizational change.
  • Collaborate with line managers to build their leadership capability and provide coaching and feedback.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing expert advice on HR matters, including grievances, investigations, and misconduct.
  2. Managing complex HR cases, including employee disputes and performance issues.
  3. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Analyzing workforce data to identify trends and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  5. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong HR advisory and case management experience in large, complex environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence senior leaders through complex scenarios.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields (desirable).
