Program Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Lead to join our Education team. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality curricula and student learning experiences across Foundation and University Preparation Programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement curricula that meet the needs of students in their current and next stage of learning.
  • Work closely with educators to deliver units across disciplinary areas, including English, mathematics, science, and humanities.
  • Contribute to the development of students' academic language and skills, ensuring they are empowered to achieve success in their studies.
  • In consultation with senior leaders, ensure curricula reflect best practice in both Foundation and Enabling spaces.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications in education, with at least five years of management experience in secondary or pathway education.
  • Display exceptional interpersonal skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with staff, students, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • Show expertise in managing complex student cases, providing relevant advice and professional knowledge of student-centered support.
  • Demonstrate digital literacy skills in educational contexts.
