Project Quality Assurance Specialist

The Project Quality Assurance Specialist shall provide efficient and effective objective quality evidence for tasks conducted by the trade functions in the shipyard.

This opportunity will suit an individual with a trade background who is looking to transition into a specialized office-based role.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the project team and trade function to ensure the quality standard for the task is understood.
  • Develop objective quality evidence to the requirements of internal and external customers to assure vessel integrity.
  • Identify areas of non-compliance and record them in the quality management system.
  • Liaise with the quality assurance function to identify continuous improvement opportunities with operating processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • Trade qualification in a relevant field, such as mechanical fitting, boilermaking, or painting.
