Job Title: Executive for Content Strategy

This is a compelling opportunity to take on the role of an Executive for Content Strategy. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily content planning and scheduling operations for a major streaming service.

About the Role:
  • Oversee daily content planning and scheduling operations for a major streaming service.
  • Evaluate and implement strategic changes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content priorities and drive engagement across multiple lines of business.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute daily content plans, utilizing specialized software tools to manage schedules and streamline workflows.
  • Assist in training new users on the Disney+ Scheduling tool, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across the organization.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly reviews of scheduled content to guarantee accuracy and consistency, leveraging data-driven insights to inform future decisions.
  • Work closely with the Programming and Content Curation Manager to enhance the overall content slate, balancing diverse interests and audience preferences.
  • Support cross-line communication, including briefing content highlights and coordinating internal screenings of key titles.
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience in content scheduling, preferably within the digital media and entertainment sectors.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, as well as proficiency in using scheduling tools and software applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant productivity tools.
  • Passion for the Walt Disney Company's brands and franchises, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
