- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track the success of campaigns and journeys.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of personalisation strategies and category objectives.
- Define and implement a customer-centric content and audience strategy that drives commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver targeted campaigns.
- Analyse data and feedback to drive actionable insights and optimise future campaigns.
- Ensure communications are delivered in a timely, accurate, and personalised manner.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in campaign design and delivery.
- Experience leading a team of engagement design leads.
