Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality service to both internal and external customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to serve a diverse customer base, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Ensure all sales enquiries are answered promptly and courteously, adhering to company standards.
- Complete data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, contributing to the smooth operation of our systems.
- Identify potential customers and establish new accounts, fostering long-term relationships and driving business growth.

- Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the Building, Design, or Sales industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- A generous salary package of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
