We are seeking a skilled and motivated Certificate IV in Customer Engagement or equivalent experience to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role will provide an exceptional customer service experience through multiple channels while ensuring company policies are applied to each interaction.

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, based on relevant experience, plus benefits that promote work-life balance and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality service to both internal and external customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  2. Manage inbound and outbound calls to serve a diverse customer base, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  3. Ensure all sales enquiries are answered promptly and courteously, adhering to company standards.
  4. Complete data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, contributing to the smooth operation of our systems.
  5. Identify potential customers and establish new accounts, fostering long-term relationships and driving business growth.
  6. Maintain detailed knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date with industry developments and company initiatives.
  7. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure customer delivery requirements are met, promoting seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the Building, Design, or Sales industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
