About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our People, Culture and Capability function within Enterprise Finance. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving people outcomes and delivering strategies, initiatives, and programs aligned to our priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement workforce programs and initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  2. Oversee the delivery of key programs, including early career programs and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  3. Lead capability development within Enterprise Finance by understanding workforce needs and addressing them through training and development programs.
  4. Support engagement and culture by analyzing employee sentiment and coordinating responses.
  5. Manage third-party relationships and ensure delivery in line with agreed budgets and vendor management principles.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in workforce planning, talent development, and organizational development.
  2. Strong relationship management skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  3. Ability to plan and prioritize effectively, managing ambiguity and demands from multiple stakeholders.
  4. Growth mindset and willingness to continuously improve delivery and impact.
  5. Structured and organized approach, with strong project management skills.
  6. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and research.
