Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Board Coordinator to join our team, providing corporate governance advice and secretariat services to our subsidiaries.
In this dynamic role, you will work closely with Company Secretaries to provide support to Boards and Committees of our onshore subsidiaries. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating Board and Committee meetings and related diary management and administration activities.
- Coordinating and collating Board and Committee papers for review by Company Secretaries and assisting with the distribution of documents to Directors via Diligent Boards.
- Assisting with the drafting of Board and Committee Agendas.
- Providing proactive and timely support to the Group Secretariat Subsidiaries team to ensure the smooth running of Board and Committee meetings for our subsidiaries.
- General administration and project management support, as required, for our subsidiaries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Established experience in coordinating Board and Committee meetings.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise deadlines and adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Ability to engage confidently with various stakeholders.
- Motivated team player with a personal commitment to exceptional service and collaboration across teams and offices.
- Experience using Diligent Boards or a similar product.
- An appreciation for confidential matters and discretion.
- Curiosity to learn new systems and collaborate with others.
