Senior Governance Systems Specialist

The role of governance and data analyst is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of multi-class sustainment programs. It involves bringing together governance systems administration, document control, and data analytics to strengthen and advance organizational maturity.
Key responsibilities include administering and maintaining governance systems, implementing and managing version-controlled document libraries and metadata tagging, developing and delivering dashboards and contractual reporting aligned with governance frameworks, providing training and support to employees to build governance capability, driving continuous improvement initiatives across governance workflows and reporting, and ensuring compliance with ISO, PMBOK, and contractual standards.
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is also essential in resolving governance queries and ensuring effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in governance systems administration and document control.
- Strong metadata management and version control knowledge.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and business analytics tool skills preferably Power BI.
- Proven ability to coach and train others in governance processes.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A mindset for continuous improvement and process optimisation.
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
