As a key player in the Recruitment division, you will be instrumental in shaping policies and programs to support businesses in effectively managing insolvency and personal property securities.

Strategic Role

  • Provide expert guidance and education to managers throughout every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring meticulous comprehension of unique talent and capability needs.
  • Identify areas for improvement to enhance customer service delivery, offer generalist HR advice, and demonstrate exceptional leadership.
  • Lead various projects and operational support for recruitment processes and resources.
  • Develop new position descriptions with a strategic focus.
  • Regular liaison with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in end-to-end Recruitment and/or onboarding is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
  • Strategic thinking and technical expertise are necessary.
  • E-recruit experience is highly desirable but not essential.
