We are seeking a skilled professional to help our team safeguard the integrity of campaigns on our crowdfunding platform.

Your primary function will be to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of fundraising campaigns. This involves detecting potential risks, investigating flagged campaigns, and systematizing learnings to improve our automated detection systems.

About the Role
  • Detect campaign risks by reviewing new fundraising campaigns for potential risk signals, monitoring existing campaigns for signs of fraudulent activity, and analyzing donation patterns to flag emergent risks.
  • Investigate flagged campaigns by reviewing community complaints, providing support to customers and stakeholders, and ensuring fundraiser authenticity.
  • Systematize learnings by continuously improving automated detection systems, providing feedback on campaign investigation processes, and contributing to product improvements to manage risk on the platform.
Requirements
  • Solid experience (3-5+ years) in a fraud, risk, trust & safety, or payments role.
  • Experience or familiarity with customer due diligence, AML/CTF/ KYC regulations.
  • Strong analytical or pattern-detection skills with a process-oriented, curious mindset.
