Campaigns on our platform rely on meticulous analysis and swift action to ensure their integrity. As a Risk Analyst, you will play a vital role in detecting potential risks, investigating flagged campaigns, and systematizing learnings.
The Role
- Detect Campaign Risks: Conduct reviews of new fundraising campaigns to identify potential upcoming risks, monitor existing campaigns for risk signals, and flag emergent risks using donation pattern models.
- Investigate Flagged Campaigns: Review and analyze community complaints regarding potential fraudulent activity, and provide empathetic support to customers and stakeholders to ensure fundraiser authenticity.
- Systematize Learnings: Continuously improve automated detection systems and processes, provide feedback and improvements for campaign investigation, and contribute to product improvements to manage risk on the platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with solid experience (3-5+ years) in fraud, risk, trust & safety, or payments roles, as well as experience or familiarity with customer due diligence, AML/CTF/KYC regulations. If you have strong analytical skills, a process-oriented mindset, and high levels of empathy, integrity, and professionalism, we encourage you to apply.
