We are seeking an accomplished leader who can maximise profit by preparing and delivering a premium range of meat cuts and products while maintaining strict audit, food safety, and compliance standards.

Your expertise in coaching, developing, and inspiring team members will enable them to create a unique shopping experience for customers, thereby driving sales targets and enhancing store performance.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience working in fast-paced customer-facing environments, direct or indirect leadership experience, and a passion for food and customer service.

We offer a competitive salary package estimated to be around AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our organisation.
