About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with premium meat cuts and products, maximizing profit while delivering an engaging customer experience. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Servery department.

A Retail Meat Trade qualification (Certificate II or III in Meat Retailing) is highly regarded, but not mandatory. Your expertise will inspire team members to create a unique shopping experience for customers.

You'll take pride in contributing to a store that's exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for our customers, team members, and local community.

About You and Your Skills
  • Previous experience working in fast-paced customer-facing environments.
  • Direct/indirect leadership experience, as you'll need to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
  • Maintaining excellent department standards, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, wastage, shrinkage, and quality control.
  • Simplifying processes and adhering to strict audit, food safety, and compliance standards.
  • Fostering a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.
  • Delighting customers with outstanding shopping experiences.
  • A passion for food and enthusiasm for customer service.
What We Offer
