Job Opportunity: Civil Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled civil maintenance supervisor to lead our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will have experience in sewer and wastewater management, strong leadership skills, and commercial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading site activities to ensure project compliance and safety
  • Managing daily checks on civil maintenance staff
  • Reviewing and improving KPIs and data validation of works
  • Conducting site audits and inspections
  • Developing and reviewing Safe Work Methods (SWMS)

Requirements:

  • Current Driver's License
  • 5+ years' experience in jetting and CCTV of sewer assets
  • 5+ years' experience in the waste water industry operations
  • Strong commercial experience
  • Ability to interpret civil/mechanical drawings and scopes of work
