Civil Maintenance Coordinator Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role in ensuring the effective management of civil maintenance works and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a small team responsible for civil maintenance works
  • Review and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage contracts and procurements related to civil maintenance works
  • Develop and present reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S policies and practices

The successful candidate will have experience in civil engineering/construction, knowledge of local government procedures, principles, and legislation, as well as excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Requirements:
  • Qualification in civil engineering/construction
  • Experience/knowledge of civil maintenance (roads, footpaths & drainage)
  • Experience in contract management and RMP compliance
  • Knowledge of OH&S and safe operating techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
