About the role

We currently have exciting opportunities for Civil Maintenance Plumbers, Civil Crew Leaders, and Labourers to join our growing teams across Melbourne and Regional Victoria.

You'll be working on a variety of water and sewer maintenance projects, supporting our civil and maintenance operations. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, from fault repairs to planned maintenance works.

What you'll be doing
  • Responding to and rectifying water and sewer faults
  • Completing works efficiently through our field mobility system
  • Maintaining compliance with OHS and site safety requirements
  • Working collaboratively with your team and clients to achieve excellent outcomes
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in the water industry (highly desirable)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to use computers and smart devices
  • A proactive, safety-first mindset and strong work ethic
  • Team player who is motivated to learn and grow
Licences & tickets
  • Current Driver's Licence (MR/HR preferred)
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Traffic Management
  • Control Electrical Risk on Metallic Pipes
  • Spotters (desirable)
