Metroplant and Civil is a well-established civil construction company specializing in concrete works across Melbourne. Our expertise includes Vehicle Crossings, Pram Crossings, Hand Kerb, Footpaths.. We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining a strong reputation in the industry.

We partner with a number of Councils to deliver a wide range of concrete works — from small projects and maintenance tasks through to large-scale civil construction projects.

The Role

We are seeking experienced concreters to join our growing teams in both the Eastern and Western suburbs. You will be working as part of a crew on a variety of civil construction projects.

Duties include:
  • Setting up and pouring concrete for crossings, kerbs, and footpaths
  • Finishing works to a high standard

    Assisting with pit builds and other civil concrete structures
  • Maintenance and renewal works as required
  • Working collaboratively within a team environment
About You

We're looking for concreters who are:

  • Experienced in civil concreting (kerb, footpath, pits, and related works)
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
  • Able to work effectively in a crew environment
  • Physically fit and capable of hands-on site work
  • Hold a White Card (essential)
  • Driver's licence (essential)
  • HR or MR (highly regarded)
  • Other tickets (highly regarded)
  • Team leader experience (highly regarded)
  • Able to understand and interpret plans. (highly regarded)
