We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Professional or Graduate to join our team as a Behavioral Change Specialist. In this challenging role, you will work with individuals who have engaged in offending behavior and support them in making positive changes.

- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work, criminology)
- Proven experience working with individuals who have engaged in offending behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
