Behavioral Change Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Professional or Graduate to join our team as a Behavioral Change Specialist. In this challenging role, you will work with individuals who have engaged in offending behavior and support them in making positive changes.

The ideal candidate will be curious about human behavior and motivated to help others understand the reasons behind their actions. You will work closely with our team to develop strategies that promote behavioral change and support individuals in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work, criminology)
- Proven experience working with individuals who have engaged in offending behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
