At Glow Healthcare, we are seeking a skilled Professional to fill this dynamic role.This challenging position offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals of all ages who require support in managing behavioral challenges. Our team aims to provide personalized, high-quality services that empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives.The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as experience working with interdisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors and developing individualized behavior support plans based on assessment findings and evidence-based practices.You will also be responsible for implementing behavior interventions and strategies to facilitate positive behavior change and skill development, collaborating with participants, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to implement and monitor behavior support plans, providing training and support to participants, families, and caregivers on implementing behavior management techniques, collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior interventions and making necessary adjustments.Please note that NDIS Worker Clearance and Working with Children Clearance are required.We prioritize nurturing and developing talented practitioners over a checklist of qualifications.
