Oracle ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Consultant to join our team in Townsville, Australia. As an Oracle ERP Consultant, you will provide expert-level support to clients utilizing Oracle ERP systems, addressing inquiries, issues, and technical challenges promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients utilizing Oracle ERP systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems related to Oracle ERP modules, customizations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and pain points, offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Implement and oversee solutions to optimize clients' Oracle ERP system performance, functionality, and user experience.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Oracle ERP system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
- Create and deliver comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to empower clients to make the most of their Oracle ERP systems.
- Participate in regular status meetings and communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with Oracle ERP system developments, updates, and industry trends to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing activities, contributing to the growth and development of the Oracle ERP support team.
- Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Consultant, with a focus on providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, configurations, and customizations, including but not limited to Finance, Procurement, EPM, Assets, Work Management, Reporting and Analytics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Experience with Oracle ERP implementation, upgrades, and migrations is a plus.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
