Parts and Service Specialist

About the Role:
The Penske Transportation Solutions branch is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Parts Advisor to join our team.
As a Trainee Parts Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work and learn in our well-equipped branch, developing your skills in providing parts interpretation services and support to the Parts, Services, and Sales Departments.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing prompt and efficient service to customers, including answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Developing and applying administrative tasks, including invoicing, purchase order creation, and parts procurement from external vendors.
- Receiving and processing inventory for direct ship orders.
- Growing your customer service skills and learning parts sales with our customers, including promoting new products and services.
About You:
- You have completed Year 12 with passes in English and Mathematics.
- You have a passion for vehicles and the automotive industry.
- You are willing to work and learn on the job.
- You have a strong customer service focus.
- You take pride in completing jobs to a high standard.
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work in a team environment.
- You are committed to the full term of the traineeship.
