Event Management Trainer and Assessor

We are seeking a professional with expertise in event management to join our team as a trainer and assessor. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to individuals pursuing careers in the event management industry.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, including experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to effectively engage with students from diverse backgrounds.

The successful candidate will hold a diploma or certificate in event management, as well as relevant industry experience. A qualification in training and assessment is desirable, but not essential. Previous experience in teaching VET courses to international students would be highly valued.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and delivering training programs tailored to the needs of the event management industry
  • Developing and implementing assessments to evaluate student learning
  • Mentoring and coaching students to achieve their full potential
