We are seeking additional trainers to support our expanding client base.

**Role Overview**
As a trainer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging, practical training that empowers students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the care industry. This role includes developing lesson plans, evaluating student progress, and ensuring that all training aligns with industry standards.
- **Training Credentials**: TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, OR TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, OR Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) plus TAEASS502 (Design and Develop Assessment Tools) and TAELLN411 (Address Adult Language, Literacy, and Numeracy Skills).
- **Industry Experience**: Background in emergency services, public safety, or experience as a first aid officer in a workplace setting.
- **Clearances**: Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and a National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- **Frist Aid

- **First Aid Training Experience**: Proven experience in delivering training and assessment, specifically for HLTAID009 to HLTAID012.
- **RSA - **SITHFAB021 Provide responsible service of alcohol

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.66 - $69.65 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
