  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative and departmental procurement requirements, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices;">
  • Promote procurement as a vital business function within the department, fostering collaboration and efficiency;">
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with measurable KPIs, handling enquiries professionally and demonstrating initiative when supporting senior staff;">
  • Support the Procurement team as needed, leveraging administrative skills to manage procurement documentation effectively.">

Requirements

  • A proven background in procurement or purchasing, preferably within a government or large organization;">
  • Proficiency in using Ellipse or similar systems for data review and purchase order creation;">
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail in managing procurement documentation;">
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with measurable KPIs;">
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative when supporting senior staff.">
