About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our Purchasing team at Lindsay Australia Ltd.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced purchasing professional to take on a key administration role within our organization. As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality-driven procurement administration for our purchasing environment.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in purchasing and/or logistics with end-to-end payment & purchase order processing experience. They will also have a strong understanding of contracts, terms & conditions and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

In this role, you will be working closely with our accounts team to ensure timely payments and collaborating with suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise.

You will be responsible for reviewing and auditing customer and supplier claims, entering and checking agency sales and reconciliations, validating customer pricing and terms, and updating and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics supplier details and raising purchase orders.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in purchasing and/or logistics with end-to-end payment & purchase order processing experience
  • A strong understanding of contracts, terms & conditions
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
