This position involves working closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver bespoke employment support. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing job opportunities that empower participants to transform their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure meaningful employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Support participants in developing skills to become job-ready
  • Deliver high-quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance employability through training and support service referrals
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingsness to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
