Residential and Commercial Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to drive commercial outcomes across projects in an environment that values trust, professionalism, and shared success.
This key role is responsible for owning the end-to-end contract administration lifecycle on residential projects while working closely with construction teams and consultants to maintain momentum and outcomes.
- Own procurement, tender evaluations, scope packaging, and letting of subcontracts
- Manage head contract and subcontract progress claims, variations, and reporting
- Control costs and support program and risk management alongside the Project Manager and Site Manager
To be successful in this role you will need:
- 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior CA in residential and commercial construction
- Proven experience on projects $10M+, ideally in multi-res or mid-rise
- Strong commercial and contractual skills with attention to detail
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and a genuine commitment to team success
