Are you a skilled contract administrator looking for a challenging and rewarding role?

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Contract Administrator, responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle from award to final close-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review and process payment claims and variations for clients, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Oversee the full payment lifecycle, including high-value and complex claims, ensuring compliance with SOPA and other legislative frameworks
  • Develop and maintain claim templates, FAQs, and training documentation for consistent, high-quality commercial execution
  • Lead training and onboarding for new contract team members, including delivery of handover tools and ongoing mentoring

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for chairing internal stakeholder meetings, driving commercial visibility and accountability across projects, and collaborating closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal and Project teams to minimise risk, resolve disputes and manage exposure.

Requirements:
  • Contract admin experience in construction, mining or oil & gas
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, payment schedules, change orders and variations
  • Experience with SOPA compliance (QLD preferred) and a solid grasp of legal obligations under Australian commercial law
  • Proficiency in IFS, Procore, Aconex, SharePoint or similar ERP/contract management systems
  • Advanced Excel or Power BI skills — pivot tables, dashboards, KPI tracking
