We are seeking an experienced professional to administer and manage prime contracts for our infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of commercial/business management functions, with experience in managing customer/prime contracts with similar commercial terms and incentivization models.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive contract management program that aligns with the project's objectives.
- Analyze prime contract general terms and conditions to identify potential risks such as ambiguities, conflicts, or deviations from the scope of work.
- Collaborate with the project team to address any commercial/contractual issues that arise during project execution.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
Required Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of commercial/business management functions
