Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • An experienced blue collar recruiter with a background in successfully handling high-volume recruitment needs, ideally in the mining/industrial environment, with specific expertise in the technician space.
  • A strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills, excelling at building relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs, and communicating effectively throughout the recruitment process.
  • A proven track record in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, thriving under pressure, adapting quickly, and consistently meeting hiring targets.
  • Resilient, efficient, process-oriented, with excellent organisational skills, highly organised, managing multiple tasks effectively, and remaining calm in challenging situations.
