Job Opportunity: Payroll Leadership Role

Seeking an exceptional leader to join our payroll team as a Payroll Team Lead. This is a rare opportunity to drive change and build something better.

As a Payroll Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing payroll team, collaborating with other team leads and the national payroll manager on strategic initiatives, championing change management and process improvement across the payroll function, overseeing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance with legislation and enterprise agreements, acting as a point of escalation for complex payroll issues, and supporting system upgrades, testing, and integrations.

  • Advanced knowledge of Australian payroll legislation
