Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply your in-depth knowledge to analyze ERP and payroll solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement while working closely with stakeholders to inform key decisions.
  • Define requirements and processes for the payroll stream by using data-driven insights to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of finance-related processes from initial concept through to launch.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the current enterprise payroll landscape so you can design solutions that address real challenges faced by staff and students.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation to ensure seamless product launches across the organization.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications by collaborating closely with design and delivery teams for timely delivery of top-quality products.
  • Partner with external vendors as well as internal IT managers and cross-functional teams throughout every stage of finance solution roll-outs.
Requirements:
  • To excel as a Payroll Functional Expert, you will bring proven expertise managing complex payroll operations within large enterprises. Your background should include hands-on involvement in ERP implementations where your strategic insight has guided each phase of transformation.
  • You will be comfortable navigating key software platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle Fusion.
  • Extensive experience as a payroll specialist with expert knowledge of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and industry standards within complex enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated success in ERP implementation projects—especially those focused on Payroll or Human Capital Management transformation—with hands-on involvement from planning through execution.
