Project Leader

Description:

A seasoned professional is sought to lead a high-impact payroll transformation program. As the project leader, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a payroll systems implementation focused on SAP Success Factors, payroll integrations, and compliance alignment.

You will coordinate across HR, IT, Finance, and vendors to ensure timely project milestones, accurate data flow, and risk-managed compliance in a regulated environment.

  • Drive planning, execution, and tracking of payroll-related project activities.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Oversee timeline management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Evaluate integration success across Success Factors, Payroll, Kronos, and related systems.
  • Track UAT outcomes, manage data validation, and ensure business sign-off.
  • Lead workshops, maintain documentation, and support post-go-live knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal data security protocols.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in delivering payroll or HRIS programs as a project leader.
  • Familiarity with SAP Success Factors, EC/ECP, Kronos, Time Management, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of payroll operations, system integrations, and compliance risk.
  • Experience coordinating with SMEs, technical teams, and third-party providers.
  • Track record in UAT and data validation support during payroll projects.
  • Comfortable working in hybrid/agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in regulated environments or FMCG (desirable).
