Team Administrator

We're on the hunt for a highly skilled Team Administrator to join our dynamic accounting team in a full-time capacity. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our client relationship management system and electronic document management system, ensuring seamless workflow and exceptional service delivery.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in office administration, preferably in an accounting firm. You'll be responsible for lodging Tax Returns on the ATO portal, lodging corporate secretarial documents with ASIC, and managing and prioritizing daily office tasks. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Lodge Tax Returns on the ATO portal
- Lodge corporate secretarial documents with ASIC

- Able to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within the Administration Team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
