Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our team at Healius. As a key member of our administration leadership team, you will be responsible for the remote supervision of our Ipswich Riverlink Clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and developing the clerical team
- Day-to-day practice management, ensuring efficient workflows of 4–6 team members
- Delivering exceptional patient experience
- Billing and account management, including Medicare resubmissions
- Patient record management
- Active leadership by participating in clinical meetings and partnering with peer leaders across our network of clinics
Requirements
- Previous administration experience in a medical or healthcare environment
- Working knowledge of RIS and Patient Archiving Communication systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Empathy
- Practical approach and can-do attitude
