The Operations Manager will lead a world-class team to create memorable experiences for VIP Members and guests.

Responsibilities
  • Full responsibility for main gaming floor bars and sovereign room operating on a 24/7 basis.
  • Maintain the highest standards of service in Sovereign lounge dining and chairman's venue.
  • Review and analyze daily operational needs maintaining beverage labour product and expenses within budget.
  • Lead and motivate the team to continuously deliver guest experiences aligned with our service culture.
  • Monitor team member performance on the floor ensuring appropriate level of coverage from venue leadership and team members.
  • Provide recommendations for guest team operational or compliance improvements to the Director of F&B operations.
  • Awareness and implementation of compliance and duty of care operational requirements.
What We Are Looking For
  • A hands-on approach to operations passionate about developing a career in hospitality.
  • Understanding of guest experience and how to deliver in a premium 24/7 VIP setting recognizing regular guests and their personal needs.
  • Outstanding standards professionalism and commitment to guest service.
  • Extensive venue management experience in large high-volume bars restaurants and lounges including organization of events like superbowl and music activations.
  • Passion for service building rapport with regular guests.
  • Confidence to lead a large and diverse team providing service day and night.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail skills are highly regarded.
  • Transparent thoughtful and consistent approach to team communications.
  • Ability to build an engaged team that understands their purpose and role at all levels.
About You

As the Operations Manager you will be highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven track record of successfully managing and motivating large teams. Exceptional communication skills allow you to build strong relationships with clients vendors and internal teams ensuring seamless collaboration for operational success.
