Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Liaison to manage customer orders and issues related to product delivery, ensuring exceptional service experience.

This role reports to the Customer Service Team Leader and involves:

  • Preparing sales order details for entry into our system (customer information, stock levels, delivery details, pricing)
  • Maintaining accurate and timely delivery dates
  • Acting on changes to orders (model numbers, stock availability, order detail changes)
  • Improving customer relations through prompt and professional handling of inquiries and complaints
  • Keeping customers informed about their sales order and delivery

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone manner
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Good time management and ability to handle competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative attitude and previous experience with our systems is highly regarded
