
Customer Experience Liaison

We are seeking a Customer Experience Liaison to manage and enhance the guests' experience in our visitor centre. Working closely with events teams, you will deliver exceptional customer service and support large-scale events and internal activations.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences that leave lasting impressions. You will be responsible for owning the visitor centre space, brand presentation, and hosting quality, ensuring it consistently reflects our organisation's values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct floor walks to check AV readiness, cleanliness, and overall presentation standards
- Assist with guests' arrival, cloakroom services, and wayfinding support
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure integrated and seamless service delivery
- Track event feedback and lessons learned to elevate quality over time
